DIMA srl, with head office in Modena, is specialized in the design, construction and installation of machinery and plants for the dairy industry, particularly dairy plants for the production of any type of “pasta filata” cheese such as mozzarella, pizza-cheese, provolone, scamorza, bocconcini, caciocavallo, oaxaca, ostiepok, analouge mozzarella, kashkaval.

DIMA srl creates and develops save and reliable dairy production plants that combine in the best way the advantages of the industrial standardization and the accuracy of the artisan production. The experiences matured over the years has enabled DIMA to become world leader in the sector of “pasta filata” cheese industry.

The DIMA product range covers the entire production process of “pasta filata” cheeses: milk coagulation, by offering cheese vats of different typologies and capacities, curd slicers, cooking-stretching with cooking-stretching machines for traditional production with water or with steam cookers, moulding for all product sizes (moulding machines with moulding drums, carousel moulding machines, extruding machines…), cooling and hardening lines and brining lines with automatic lines and patented systems, automatic feeding of the mozzarella, weighing and counting to feed the packaging machines.

In addition to the machinery and the production plants the DIMA offer includes also a service at high level of customer assistance and support already in the project study phase, which continues during construction and after-sales phases, both at the level of technical assistance and technological assistance with “know-how” transfer.
