Automatic machine specifically designed for moulding and portioning the traditional Italian “caciocavallo” cheese and “pasta filata” cheese with spherical shape or pear-shaped.
The machine can be fitted with different sets of interchangeable moulding cups to obtain the indicatively but not exclusively the following ‎products:‎

  • Set of dosing cups for products from 350 to 600 grams spherical shape
  • Set of dosing cups for products from 700 to 1.200 grams spherical shape
  • Set of dosing cups for products from 1.300 to 2.500 grams spherical shape

  • Constant cheese temperature and excellent results of the final products thanks to a heating jacket full of water that surround the outer surface of the augers area. The water inside the heating jacket is heated by electrical resistances
  • Automatic control of the temperature of the heating jacket
  • Equipped with frequency converters which make the operation extremely simple. Speed regulation done via push buttons located on ‎the control panel.

  • Set of interchangeable moulding cups for the moulding of various product “caciocavallo” and similar stretched cheese product in sizes as per Customer’s requirements
  • Automatic control with PLC-control and touch screen HMI; of the working phases.
