Automatic machine specifically designed for moulding and portioning the traditional Italian “caciocavallo” cheese and “pasta filata” cheese with spherical shape or pear-shaped.
The machine can be fitted with different sets of interchangeable moulding cups to obtain the indicatively but not exclusively the following products:
- Set of dosing cups for products from 350 to 600 grams spherical shape
- Set of dosing cups for products from 700 to 1.200 grams spherical shape
- Set of dosing cups for products from 1.300 to 2.500 grams spherical shape

- Equipped with frequency converters which make the operation extremely simple. Speed regulation done via push buttons located on the control panel.
